① 产品确认 / Product Confirmation
先确认对象由盒体和盒盖两部分组成，后续所有工艺都围绕这套配合关系展开。 / Confirm that the product consists of a box body and a lid.
② 尺寸处理 / Dimension Handling
这一步主要是确认盒口、内腔、盒盖边界和装配间隙，不需要专门放一张工具图来占版面。 / This step checks the rim, cavity, lid boundary, and fit clearance.

③ 翻模设计与模具制作 / Mold Design and Mold Making
翻模和模具本来就是连在一起的，这里合并展示。重点是确定型面、脱模方向和配合边界，再把它落实到模具结构上。 / This step defines the parting surface, demolding direction, and assembly boundary, then applies them to the mold structure.
④ 注塑成型 / Injection Molding
材料在料筒中塑化后进入模具，随后依次经历注射、保压、冷却和脱模修整，这是整条制造流程里的核心成型阶段。 / After plasticizing, the material goes through injection, packing, cooling, and demolding.

⑤ 修整检验 / Trimming and Inspection
最后去除浇口、修整边角，再检查盒体与盒盖是否能稳定装配、闭合顺畅。这一步更接近最终成品处理。 / The final step removes the sprue, trims the edges, and checks the assembly quality.
